Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room was much larger than expected, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable holiday in Tokyo. However, it was also uncomfortable, making it our worst experience in Japan.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were a cool modern mix with traditional Japanese style and incredibly quiet. They provided all amenities needed, including Yukata, slippers, and more. I stayed in a large corner room with plenty of natural light coming through lots of windows. The location was a winner, just a short walk to Tokyo Station, making it easy for me to catch a train the next morning. The dining options were delicious, though a bit limited in variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The location is wonderful, just a stone's throw away from Tokyo Station and the heart of the city. The rooms, while lacking a view, had a unique touch with a musical bed that gave a relaxing vibration to the feet. The staff, despite some language barriers, were friendly and showed genuine care for guests' comfort. However, there were some minor service gaps that prevented a flawless experience.
The hotel had huge and so clean and beautiful rooms, which were great for a quick stay but not for a longer relaxing holiday. Not being informed in advance that the rooms were tiny for a family of 3 was disappointing. The view from the 14th floor was decent, split between a building and the street below.
The hotel offers modern, comfortable, and very clean rooms, but they are smaller than usual and lack windows, making them somewhat dark. Despite the cozy size, the location is superb, especially for train travelers, near key attractions and transportation hubs. The dining options, while a bit on the pricey side, are recommended, featuring an organic pulled pork dish. The service is friendly and considerate, with some misinformation provided about local amenities. Overall, a tranquil stay with attentive staff in a bustling business district.
I felt like I struck gold with this hotel! The room, although a bit on the smaller side, was incredibly clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The service was top-notch, especially during check-in, and the location couldn't have been more convenient, right by Tokyo Station. The dining options were limited to mainly Japanese cuisine, but the quality was good. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise with unexpected bonuses like a complimentary android phone with useful tourist information and free international calls. The Nespresso coffee provided in the room was a nice touch, though the room size could be a bit tight for a couple with multiple luggage.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just steps away from Tokyo station and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The rooms, although compact, were well-equipped and comfortable, making for a perfect short stay. The service was top-notch with friendly and gracious staff, although there were a few hiccups with wrong information provided. The dining experience was a mix of Western and Traditional Japanese Food, a bit pricey but definitely worth trying for the special culinary experience. Overall, it's high-quality accommodation in a prime location in the heart of Tokyo.
The hotel rooms had everything I needed, though they lacked a view. They were small, perfect for a short stay with a well-equipped setup including q-tips and quality facial products. The service was exceptionally helpful and courteous, making my check-in/out seamless. The location near Tokyo Station was perfect for my quick stopover, providing easy access to various city spots. The dining options offered high-quality Japanese cuisine with some Western choices. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
The hotel is located right next to Tokyo Station, offering a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are lovely and can be arranged next to each other, but they are a bit tiny with small double beds and no views. The service is outstanding, with super courteous and friendly staff always going out of their way to assist. The dining options are authentic Japanese with some Western selections, but room service is available for added convenience. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions including Ginza and the Imperial Palace.
The hotel is in a prime location just a block from Tokyo Station, offering well-laid-out rooms with street-facing windows and convenient amenities. However, the lack of hanging space for clothes could be a drawback.
